Patient Education is a Top Priority

Education is a major component of treatment, so patients understand the "why" of what they are learning and how best to incorporate it into their recovery and improvement.

People who want to get better and back to their normal lives, often do not get the correct help along the way. In their search for pain relief and notable improvement, we can provide knowledge and an ongoing plan to get people feeling physically better.

Our phyiscal therapists specifically address pain or injury in your muscles, bones or nerves and the movements these pains prevent. The focus of our practice is manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to help regain function in work and leisure activities.

Many clients have never heard of PT or see a manual therapist. Often people have poor experiences in a health care system that never resolve their problem: " I have to live with the pain", "there is nothing anyone can do for me", "just go to a gym", "do these exercise".
