Physical Therapy Services have three clinics in Jacksonville Florida located in Arlington, Downtown, and the Intra-Coastal areas.

Downtown Clinic:

Across Davis from LaVilla School of the Arts

From Riverside: Park St. becomes Lee St. after the Prime Osborne Convention Center. Continue on Lee St. to Duval St. We are on the corner of Duval St. and Lee St.

From: I-95: exit Union St. make an immediate right turn onto Lee St.

Arlington Clinic:

From 9A exit Merrill Road (west). Drive west approximately 2 miles. We are in the shopping center at Merrill & Townsend with the Rowe's and Bailey's Gym.

Intra-Coastal:

Between Kernan and Hodges on Atlantic at the intersection of Girvin Rd. & Atlantic. We are next to the T-Mobile and Planet Smoothie. We are across the street from Home Depot.
